A small sampling of the items that will be inspected as part of your commercial property inspection include:
Site Evaluation
Paving, Sidewalks and other hard surfaces, Landscaping, Utilities, Grading and drainage issues.
Commercial Building Structure
Evaluation of the building's foundation, wall framing and roof deck are just a few points of interest during this inspection.
Electrical Systems
Commercial building fires caused by electrical issues has averaged between 6,000 to 10,000 per year from 2007-2016 according to FEMA.
Mechanical Systems
The buildings plumbing and HVAC systems will be thoroughly inspected for proper operation.
Life Safety
Are all the building's, current code required, life safety elements in place and functioning? If requested we can also provide a licensed 3rd party inspection of the buildings fire suppression systems.
Radon Gas Testing
Using digital radon gas monitors we can determine whether the interior air column is safe or not and within the "working radon level".
